Quality soap for sensitive skin but pricey
This Dove Beauty Bar works well for my sensitive skin and lives up to its gentle, hypoallergenic claims. No scent at all – yay! – and unlike some other “frangrance-free” products, this is truly FREE of scent. Smooth and creamy, it lathers very well and doesn’t dry out or irritate my skin. After weeks of bathing with these bars, my skin feels clean and moisture-rich, without the irritability, redness, and feeling of tightness that can come from some other soaps. Each 3.75 oz, bar of soap is a good size. They last a reasonable time, used daily. The packaging protects them nicely, and the 8 pack is a good supply for a couple of months. The formula is gentle enough for use on face and body, and I’ve had zero breakouts or reactions. The only reason I didn’t give the Dunbar five stars is price. These suckers are more pricey than other sensitive soaps, and they are only marginally above average quality. At that price, I expect them to last just a little longer or get a few more bars in the pack. However, while considerably more costly than some other soaps, this one is very reliable for sensitive skin, and does work as it promises.

Awesome fragrance free soap and so moisturizing
Perfect as an eczema girlie. It’s cleanser in bar form, not pure soap made with lye so it’s way less stripping and not super alkaline, which skin is supposed to be on the acidic side.As a cleanser, it’s easier to wash off than normal bar soap. It has a very light and not unpleasant smell (some fragrance free stuff smells awful) but definitely FRAGRANCE FREE. I get so so itchy and tight skin from almost all fragrance in any form. All fragrance free products have a light smell that virtually disappears. Fragrance free products are still made with ingredients, not air or water.It cleans well, lathers well. It dries my skin DRAMATICALLY LESS than any liquid soap, including cream or moisturizing soaps. I like it a lot. It takes up a ton less space as a bar compared to liquid soap. Liquid is always easier to use and wash off but it’s a pain to store and dispose of plastic.

My husband and daughter both have very sensitive skin when it comes to soap, and this has been the best option we’ve found.
